Come, watch the sunrise with me.

412

Come, watch the sunrise with me. Sit on the rock beside me. Can you can hear the breath of God through the colors of His glory? Listen to His majesty reverberating off the horizon into your eyes filling your very being with His presence, a substance of things hoped for which is Faith, a knowing that things that are seen are not necessarily made of things that appear from the spoken Word that calls out, to you. Embrace this confidence felt by the warmth of Life as it melts the chill from your face and warms your inner most being. This love, this peace is the ultimate reality that underlies all inward and outward manifestations of change. This peace is given to you, receive as it is freely given. Come, experience the sunrise with me.

Isn’t God’s creation beautiful? Today I am talking about another beautiful creation of God, His Church. Taste and see that the LORD is good! Blessed are those who takes refuge in Him!

It has been projected that within the next eighteen months one out of every five churches will close. I saw a comment on Facebook. This comment, referring to a church sanctuary went like this; “So pretty. I miss visiting God.” I found both statements to be quite disturbing then I had the following inspiration. Although a building may remain empty, the Son has risen so those who believe may live. The Bible reports that an angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. Then the angel said to the women He is not here; He has risen just as He said! Go quickly and tell others!

After reading this Psalm how can you not worship God, right where you are.

“The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of His hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge. . . . The law of the Lord is perfect, refreshing the soul. The statutes of the Lord are trustworthy, making wise the simple. The precepts of the Lord are right, giving joy to the heart. The commands of the Lord are radiant, giving light to the eyes. The fear of the Lord is pure, enduring forever. The decrees of the Lord are firm, and all of them are righteous” (Psalm 19:7-9)

I do not wish the brick and mortar houses of worship fail. I truly believe we need to keep your congregation informed and inspired by the Word of God and at the same time rally them around the cause and purpose of reaching those walking the streets of the internet. This type of outreach is so nessary especially today. The Bible declares that when a group of Christians reach out in one accord and continue to meet regularly praising God they will enjoy the favor of all the people. Then the Lord added to their number daily, yes, those who were being saved.

This vast wilderness is being filled with webcasts from many churches filling the digital world with God’s Peace and Grace. This is Good News! This Peace can also be a refuge to the Church in times of tumult and disturbances.

Anyone with a computer, tablet, smartphone, or internet-connected device is exposed to a constant barrage of negative reports. Often times conflicting or inaccurate. I can not withstand one minute watching news reports of constant pending doom and destruction. They do not offer hope nor is there an end to it. Then a feeling of depression and anxiety comes which are both a child of fear. What you get is a daily dose of fear on steroids. The church has to step up and spread the Good News in the vast wilderness (new media) of today. Faith will overcome this fear just as quickly and effectively as the light overcomes darkness. Go out to where the people are and spread the good news of the Gospel. This is not a “new norm” its reality, a reality Jesus confronted years ago.

Whose report will you believe? God’s report says we are healed, filled, and set free. Let God be true and every man a liar. Whose report shall you believe? I shall believe the report of the Lord. Luke 10:17-19. Together we can share this hope with a world, nation, or individual in need.

The ministry of Pure Gospel Network (pgn.church) is to share the Gospel with the world. To accomplish this we have been helping our partners “get online and in God’s stream”. We are currently consulting and building digital streams from sanctuaries in Northern Wisconsin and Minnesota. Facilitating in and supporting your God-given vision for ministry out across the internet, where the people are, therefore fulfilling the Great Commission of our Lord.

Contact Pastor Kevin today to find out how we may help you in getting God’s Word out, through streaming and social media. Together we can navigate through these uncharted waters in a stable low cost and professional-looking way. Online video allows those who can not travel to be a part of your event from the safety of their home. If you do not have the equipment setup and streaming yet Pastor Kevin is available to come on-site and stream or record outreaches, special services, or even funerals. Our motivation is to help you get online and shining brightly.

Psalm 46 Best describes internet webcasting.
God is our refuge and strength,
a very present help in trouble.
Therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way,
though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea,
though its waters roar and foam,
though the mountains tremble at its swelling. Selah (think about that)

4 There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God,
the holy habitation of the Most High.

There is a river, the streams of which shall make glad the city of God. Our digital streams containing the loving redemptive Word of God. The Church is threatened indeed by the nations but we remain undismayed and calmly trusting in the protection of the God who is “in the midst of His Church.”

God sees a “river of streams that make the Church glad.” Imagery in which we may recognize the depth and unending fountain of God’s life, love, and grace which is this “a pure river of the water of life” welling forth from the very throne of God.

Allow God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit to comfort you. Trust in what Jesus has done for you. Become a believer and follower today.

I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God. Until we meet, greetings and blessings to the church that meets at your house. Blessings, Pastor Kevin
